I want you to know I too have been a weight loss client with Ideal Protein. I know how it feels to be on both sides of the weight loss journey. In 2011 I lost 80 lbs. in 6 months. I was so happy to have myself back. Then life happened and I gained some weight back, I'm human too.
As I tell my clients, there is no shame allowed to walk through my doors whether you see me for the first time or because you know Ideal Protein worked for you and are coming back.
There is no magic on the Ideal Protein protocol, (even though it feels like it). We pride ourselves in knowing you will keep your muscle mass while you are losing weight. You eat 4 meals per day, take your supplements and the weight comes off.
